Staff cannot do enough for you. Very reliable and friendly people. Great customer service and always enjoy my stay here.

Good hotel with friendly and nice service.
We booked for a large room with bath.
When we checked in we got a much smaller room than we paid for. We mentioned it at the service manager. She wanted to give us a "free upgrade". We looked at the upgraded room but it was not much different. So we choose the first one and confronted Trip with it.
Trip understood our problem and acted quickly with contacting the hotel. The hotel could not give us the room we booked for. Trip offered a compensation in coins which we agreed with.
Overall we had a good stay in this hotel.
Breakfast was nice and also the free tuktuk service was good.
Only a bit noisy and i guess bad luck with our room.

Had a nice stay not much of a city person so didn’t realise where it was in the party center I wouldn’t recommend for family’s but if your a young couple are single is a perfect place staff really helpful close to 711 so can get all your bits

Clean and helpful staff the room is comfortable and the refrigerator stocked.Great location for the single male not really for families as the nightlife in this area isn’t very appropriate plenty of restaurants in this area

location is not ideal as it is in an alley after soi4. hotel provides free tul tuk to and from front end of soi4 near Hooters.
breakfast is average and not bad.

The hotel was OK even is thin wall. Unfortunately, I had a package sent to the hotel and informed the hotel ahead of time. The cost of shipping was 251$ Canadian and they refused my package even if I reminded them. Consequently, I can't say that it was a good experience. They did not offer compensation of any sort not even an apology. It is a really specific case so this is only if you were to send something there be aware you may never get it.
