Location was nice and the service was great too, they upgraded the room for us. However, clean up service might have to improve, we found cans of beers from previous customer in the closet

Comfortable check-in. The staff is very attentive. The room is large, clean, the bed is comfortable. Everything is fine. The road to the metro and iconsiam is comfortable

Location is a great as close to BTS station which is easy access to everywhere. A bit noisy as close to the main road edpecially during night time. Icon Siam is also nearby within walking distance. Room is old not the same as described in the picture but clean. Wifi is not good. Parking lot is also available here on first come first serve basis otherwise you may need to park on the lane in front of the hotel.

My room was not at all clean for a 3 stars hotel
Found a cockrage in bathroom the day of my arrival
Found woman hair on my bedroom floor
The service is ok but they have to double their effort to male this hotel clean... nit sure why they still have 3 stars

I was positively suprised about the room and place. Do not believe about negative reviews. I didn't had situations to being woken up by cleaner, everything was good and fine. The only thing which i can say there was a little bit uncleaned corners but it's still acceptable. 7-11 2min away, bts 3-5min away. Good location. Shopping mall icon siam not far away.

It is a beautiful, clean hotel, five-star service, great security system, near seven elevn, near the city's attractions, convenient to go.

Service was not up to par as stated in the review section of the hotel when i read it. Unexpected of deposit have to be paid upon check in. Amenities doesn’t provide much too. Laundry & iron are just one of the examples where i have to do it at the lobby of the hotel instead of my own hotel room & laundry wasn’t in the hotel area either it is placed quite a distance from the hotel. Overall my stay at the hotel was not satisfying.
