Overall present experience, cleanliness can be better when we preferred a room makeover! Staffs are very friendly, they will always greet us. Best staff member is at the entrance(guard)!
Location wise I think it’s a little out of the way, the mrt/bts is like 20mins away but you can just take any mode of transport to the nearest mrt/bts so it’s not that bad.

Overall, the service was fine, with a particularly warm and friendly reception at the front desk. Especially one pretty lady was very nice and friendly. The only downside was a middle-aged bellman who, after assisting with luggage and receiving a 20 Baht tip due to a lack of change, insisted on 50 Baht. Despite explaining our lack of small bills and having booked four rooms, he persisted, even demanding repayment the next day when others in our party had tipped him 50 Baht each for their rooms. That's disappointing.

Great location close to Khao San.
The staff were helpful and the room was cleaned well.

Very nice place, good style, very clean, nice pool on the rooftop. The breakfast buffet is excellent. The bed is vey good and the jacuzzi in the room is defenetly a plus! I highly recommend!

The most wonderful thing is a location as its very close to hot places in Khaosan. However, other things are considered of improvement needed aligned with a standard of hotel level.
