This is not even a four star hotel compared to the 3 star Holiday Inn Express. Holiday Inn Express exceeded all expectations unlike Galleria 12 which is much much worse. Firstly, the hotel is located very very away far from the main road and it was terrible to walk about 10 minutes to the train station. Then the hallway to the room was very dark and the next issue was the housekeeper spoke very loudly early in the morning disturbing our sleep. Also, the front desk staff did not fulfill my room type request, even my request could be fulfilled. Very disappointed with the service provided. Gym not well maintained..

Room was clean and neat, hotel to BTS just a walking distance. But one thing made us disappointed was the door was not soundproof.

I didn’t stay this hotel. I accidentally booked this hotel. And next Second I called and asked for cancel. And told about my situation. But they Didn’t care about that. They said Unfortunately they cannot cancel. Actually that is my bad for not Checked before I confirmed. But I never booked this hotel.

I booked the room but hotel staff want to keep my id card over night. Very rude reception staff.
No one available to bring two glasses to the room & told to come & get it myself. What sort of service is this???

Food is good. It shows 4 star on Trip.com but I would rather rate 3 star or less. Having just a tiny swimming pool doesn't adds up to 4 star. I booked slender room so I have no complaints to it but poor sound proof between rooms.
