I enjoyed my stay there.
Clean and tidy rooms within this price range.
Easy access for eatery, there are 711 around just walking to the big road, and many street vendors and small restaurants.
For transport, only about 10 mins walk to lumpini mrt.

It's a nice budget hotel in the heart of Bangkok, located near the MRT and bus stops. Finding local restaurants and convenience stores is very easy.

Really close to Klong Toey MRT and 10 min walk to Lumpini MRT (If you want to use local grab bike or motobike taxi, it will be 20-25-30 THB)
100 meter to 7-11 and some food restaurant, The room was ok, the bed is 10/10, very big very comfy, but no lift, you have to walk up the stair thou

No lift and i got room on 5th floor

No parking area avaiable to park my motorbike its already full by staff motor bike

It's very bad service and room conditions - looks like an old dorm, not the same as the photo
No lift, no hair dryer, no toothbrush
The bed sheet and towel are dirty, the pillow very hard to use, and the bathroom has some beetle
The receptionist is not always there to support you, we are 2 small girls who check in at midnight they put my room on the top 5th floor without a lift. They even didn't check my reservations, I came and they didn't know who am I.
I booked 3 nights and paid for all, but the room was so bad that I wanted to check out early, the guy gave me the room key and said in the morning can do it,
And when I checked out early, no one answered just the cleaning woman was there and told me to return the card, the was no refund or any support for it. I stayed 1 night and paid for 3 nights' money. Never never come again.

The hotel was located in the center of Sathorn area, and not far from the MRT station. There are also many eateries and convenience stores close to the hotel.

it was valued for money. i had stayed there A few times. Unfortunately there is no sound proof of the room. I was woken early in the morning by the vacuum cleaner sound.
