7 Days Premium Hotel at Icon Siam

This convenient feature definitely enhanced my overall vacation experience by keeping commuting hassles to a minimum. 7 Days Premium Hotel excelled when it came to service and amenities. The staff was always attentive and friendly, ready to help with an admirable level of dedication. The amenities were sufficient, fulfilling all my needs during the stay - another testament to the well-rounded service of this establishment. The staff friendliness was the cherry on top. The room is very bad and so smelly . The services are also not nice. Some more the reception staff who wear glasses and fatty lady are very bad . Our Friends were very disappointed with her . She is very rude . I don't want to book this hotel again

The room was big its price

Such a terrible experience, firstly we payed for a deluxe room which they then said they don't have only for them to tell us that they dont have a room like this all together, which i feel is alse advertising as the room looked NOTHING like what we booked online. Secondly, the bathroom smelled, there was no space in the bedroom for anyone to walk. The location was loud and noisey. The staff hardly spoke English after again adversting they would be able to communicate, when we paid for our deposit they did not give us a reciept. And someone who was supposed to be cleaning the room left the TV on loud so as soon as we entered the room and put in the keycard, the TV turned on and was playing some Thai soap opera. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, stay away, i didnt even want to use the safe. They were quick to deduct on the deposit (250 bhat) for the smallest of issues when we checked out. Lastly, I would not have been even writing this review as I never complain, but when I brought these complaints to the front desk they did NOTHING to sort out any of them, and when i told trip.com they communicated with them and had language issues as they cannot speak English. Honestly. Ive been traveling to Bangkok gor a long time and this is THE WORST hotel i have ever been in.
