Food was good, except that not worth the money. Stay was okay but definitely not worth the money.spa was good

Clean hotel with amenities nearby. The staff are always friendly and helpful.
The only suggestion is the music at the coffeehouse is too loud thus the guests then tend to talk loudly.

The service staff are friendly, helpful and approachable. Luv their service. The room is clean and the bed are big and comfortable with soft and hard pillows for you to choose.
The breakfast are good. Fantastic location.

Hotel was pretty clean overall, until the very last night when there was a small cockroach running around… called reception twice to ask someone to get rid of it.
As an offer of goodwill, the hotel kindly offered us late checkout until 3pm. We accepted it, but when we got back to the hotel at 2:30pm we realized they had not extended the validity of our room card…. Which meant we could not use the lift nor access our room. The first time they revalidated my card, they only did so for lift access, and forgot to revalidate it for my room as well. I had to make a second trip back to the reception again. Not exactly the best end to my stay, but if the cockroach incident did not happen, it would have been an overall pleasant stay. Location and breakfast were alright.

Staffs are friendly and will provide guidance for day trips, etc. Rooms are clean just lacking the carpeted feel. Breakfast has loads of choices and only lacing is a swimming pool.
Hotel is about 1km away from BTS stations that connect to attractions.

Had a great stay at Centara, the location is good, near to Pratunam Market and walking distance to main shopping street. Maasage shop is just at downstair of hotel, this is a plus after a tiring day, just take lift down will do for massage. Thanks to hotel staffs for the surprise birthday cake on my birthday!

Amazing place for the price per night. Convenience of the rooftop bar and in room food service was great. Love the cleanliness and housekeeping service too.

Extremely good customer service by the frontdesk, clean and spacious room! They also have security guards 24/7 which makes me feel very safe. I loved the hotel so much, very pleasant stay in the heart of bangkok :)
