Its an older hotel.
We needed a place while waiting for a new condo , and it's excellent
Clean , big room's and access to Netflix!!!!
Check in was easy and the staff are very nice
Second time using a UHG hotel. They're excellent

Pretty good hotel overall short ride from Kho san road. Good for main city attractions. Hotel is clean and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Amenities wise, pretty standard plus a great tv in the room.

The building was older than expected. The greatest flaw was that footsteps along the corridor and voices from the next room could be heard.

Location is perfect for anyone wanting to be within walking distance to Yaowarat, Talad Noi and Soi Nana bars. Barely 200m to Hua Lamphong station, you can access Airport Link at Makkasan station so the location is superb. Lots of affordable local eateries in the neibourhood that locals would patronised so this is another plus point.
I booked a Superior room and since it is on the inside and not facing the road, I do not get noise problems.
Room was well appointed with big beds, and they provide Mt Sapola bathroom amenities which I really liked.
Staff are friendly, and they go all out to assist.
For the price that you are paying, this is truly great value.
Will book again.

Hotel at the great location just next door of Honda hualampong and Starbucks. Walk to CNT about 1km. I arrived hotel at 12.30pm but staff said room not ready, ask me deposit luggage, I return at 7.30pm. My cabin size luggage still there I thought they gonna place it in to the room for me, not sure about the room type since I booked Deluxe with blue color decor but I got a red color room type, room condition looks quiet tired, I think Bed could be improve than this. Breakfast so so , UHG lad prao much better. If you drive car park entrance At behind building.car park a little complicated also must change elevator . I’m not sure will return to this hotel or not but I think other UHG doing much better

Hotel location grate for travel by MRT.
Lobby look bright and elegance.
Front staff is nice.Restaurant staff too.
Hotel room interior quite old compare with lobby. Bed is comfy and clean. overall furniture needs maintenance. air condition working well.
Good quality breakfast.
During my stay 2-3may 2024 Walkway a bit ******* with mold on ceiling maybe under reconstruction.hope it will be fix soon.

Location is very good, it’s near MRT, you can go anywhere, It’s so convenient. The room is quite big and very clean.
What I love the most is Breakfast, which is Buffet, it’s really good, there are Thai food and western food. 10/10
