Reserved a single bed room but got a double bed room. It was time to check in. The staff informed me that the room was ready, but when walking into the room, the room had not been cleaned yet. After the previous customer has checked out ,we wasted time walking down and waiting for about 35 minutes. There were two staff. The black-haired staff solves problems and takes responsibility for everything. while the other person acted dissatisfied and unwilling to serve.

Convenient location! Prices reflect the hotel, it also serves as a residence for long term residents. Bed was a bit noisy

About 10 minutes walk from Thong lo bts. Room and a little old but very clean and spacious. For the price point it is a fantastic stay.
