I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, and housekeeping did an excellent job of maintaining it daily. They replaced the towels and took care of the garbage without fail. The affordable price made the experience even better. Highly recommended!

The Pratunam inn hotel bed dusty not cleaning and small size and very bed service the room very dusty picture very nice but don’t believe this picture my first time that meeting very very dusty hotel

Room is huge however receptionist is so so rude. We came early and wanted to leave our bags however the receptionist mentioned that the room is full but actually when we see it from outside, room not full and still can fir more bags. Rude receptionist and loud. Was not given enough towel. Hairdryer is not working. Water heater not working. Everything not working. Room is dirty and disty. Bedsheets and pillows smell so bad. Its like its never dried nicely. Hate this place so much, wouldnt come here anymore.

close to city centre where all the malls is at, room is clean as there is daily room service to clean up and its perfect for non fussy travellers
