Great stay. The breakfast was fantastic would recommend. The doorman was the best! He helped us book a taxi to the airport and was an delight to talk to every morning while waiting for a ride. The front desk staffs were helpful as well.

Room is huge, clean and beautiful! I had a very very good stay in Montien! :) will definitely book again in future :) totally recommend. There is a Burger King just outside the hotel. Walkable distance to a decent massage place. There is a 7-11 nearby too!

This hotel is beautiful and clean. The doorman warmly and enthusiastically greets us every time he sees us. He also listened to my complaint about crazy and dishonest drivers in Bangkok city, then helped us book a company reliable car for transport to the airport. Overall, the hotel is clean and stylish. My favorite part is the entrance/lobby with a spiral staircase which looks like a library. The location is good, a 5-minute taxi to Siam Paragon shopping center. The breakfast is delicious and full of varieties, however, I am not impressed with the dinner.

TBH，Really nice hotel I got in Bangkok as the first night we arrived even checked in around 3 a.m. really nice service and clean room no doubt, the most impressive part will be the breakfast ! Didn’t except I could got the Michelin restaurant at hotel as this fair price! Really recommend more customer come to experience:)

I loved every bit of this piece of heaven. The location is right in the heart of Bangkok, a short ride away from the park, the mall, the public transport, and so forth. The rooms are so comfortable and layout well planned that I would live there if I could. My favorites were the bathroom, where the shower and tub were sectioned off in one room. It reminds me of the Japanese style bathrooms. I also loved the dressing table that was spacious and luxurious. Of course the comfortable beds were also a big delight. Hospitality was as amazing as gracious and generous as expected too. Many thanks! And I’ll be back again soon!

The hotel is very well presented and staff are very welcoming. The breakfast is good, with plenty of variety and tasty food. The main spaces are very clean and the large lobbies provide plenty of space. Service at breakfast was not of the standard expected from this type of hotel; issues with replenishing food and getting coffee orders correct. One day our room was not cleaned, beds left unmade, bin not emptied, floor not swept etc. My wife raised the matter with front desk and they said they would look into it, no apology or goodwill gesture. Eventually our room was cleaned. Overall it was a pleasant stay, but standard of service was below expectation and, therefore, not value for money.

Great location , walkable distance to BTS.
Newly renovated hotel so everything is clean , decoration is modern too .
the chicken rice in ruenton restaurant is perfect.

Don’t’ book! Don’t recommend this hotel!
1. I stayed there serval days, and one day was my birthday, but I didn’t receive any gifts or even wishes from the hotel. Felt very sad considering it’s a 5 star hotel.
2. The breakfast finished early at 10am, compared with other hotels finished at 10:30. I was gonna have a coffee back to my room, but the staff immediately blocked me and didn’t let me in the restaurant because I was wearing the bathrobe from the hotel, which was very uncomfortable for me and very rude!
3. The only thing I like, is the location and the bellman was very polite, he was way much politer and better than other staff!
