Loved our stay at the W Bangkok!! Has the most comfortable bed and pillows ever!! Lovely staff and great breakfast!

Booked 2 queen room but upon check-in it wasn't available yet, thus concierge was nice to offer the king room instead. We had a fuss free check in.
It's a pity they have obsolete their signature salted and unsalted butter which I had it years back when I stayed at the hotel.
Nonetheless, I will still stay at W again

This hotel is so relaxing that you don’t want to leave. The staff are friendly and remember your name from the previous day. The room is a good size and has everything you need. The breakfast has a huge selection of delicious choices made. Lastly, the pool is great for relaxing a d drinking cocktails.

Very considerate service and you can feel the warm hospitality! Nearby a very good location. 7-11, Starbucks and BTS station are all around with 5 mins walk. We will definitely go back again!
Btw, trips.com provides a very clear instruction in booking hotels with competitive price. Highly recommended!

Really nice and stylish hotel. Amazing breakfast buffet including low fat yoghurt.
Unfortunately the hotel is next to a big street and it is a little difficult to catch a Tuktuk. Also a little minus is the small pool area in comparison to the size of hotel, same with gym area.

The hotel is lovely and we always enjoy our stay here.
Only issue is that the pool is very cold. Even children can it swim for long time.

All staffs are very friendly and good service, welcome me and my friend. I did request it high floor and nice view.
For breakfast.many various drinks and foods, very yummy, love this hotel. Will go there again.
