Jestem w tym hotelu już trzeci raz. Przed epidemią przyjechałem dwa miesiące temu i zawsze mam bardzo dobre wrażenie.
Tym razem nie tylko dostałem bardzo kiepski pokój ze słabą wodą do kąpieli i żałosną wodą, ale także byłem nękany przez Japończyka, który podczas mojego pobytu dzwonił do drzwi. Zaniemówiłem. Minął prawie miesiąc, odkąd się sprawdziłem wyszłam i nadal nie otrzymałam zwrotu depozytu. Recepcję zastąpiła grupa wyjątkowo obojętnych osób. Wygląda na to, że bardzo entuzjastyczna pani odeszła z pracy.

We chose a room with 2 bedrooms, big size and have everything included in the kitchen. Convenient to go anywhere.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the Saint Louis Station and Empire Tower. The pool wasn’t so bad.
The room was spacious but it looks a bit old.

Room was large, beautiful, clean, and everything in it seemed new. Appreciated the fresh fruit left to welcome us on the dining table. St Louis BTS was two minutes walk from the lobby. Em Space at Empire Tower is a couple of minutes in the other direction and is full of eateries as well as a small Tops supermarket. There is a new minimart located in the carpark for the guests’ convenience. Going to The M Pub next door to listen to live music was a treat. Staff were lovely as always. I love coming here!

Hotel location is just right beside Saint Louis BTS and very conveniently located just a few stations away from the main shopping districts. Located just opposite to Health land massage center makes it so easy to have a good massage after a long day of shopping 😃. I have informed Ascott during my booking that I will be celebrating my 20th anniversary with my wife and they were so nice to decorate the room ! Room is clean and very spacious. Although you can hear some noise from the riser sometimes, but still acceptable. Hotel reception staff were all very friendly and helpful. We needed help to contact a local shop during check out and they were very very helpful to keep calling the shop owner till it was finally resolved. Great service! Overall it was a very enjoyable stay. My wife loves it, happy wife happy life 😉

Although the breakfast selection is not too big it’s a nice place to stay with family. We rented 2 suits and there was everything just perfect!
The pool is good for relaxing and there is enough food around as well.

Ascott Sathorn is in a wonderful location, so convenient with skyrail outside the door but this comes with it’s negatives, the hotel is SO noisy throughout the night, I sleep with white noise and the constant rumble, music and sirens weren’t masked by the white noise, for me this is such a downside and for that reason I wouldn’t return back to this hotel… I did ask for a quiet room and I wouldn’t consider this quiet but maybe it is compared to rooms on a lower floor!
Pool and breakfast opening times are really good, we liked how early we could go for a swim! (Or eat)!!!
Service was generally okay, check in was slow and I was pushed into signing up for some rewards despite mentioning my husband already had an account, and was told we’d receive two drinks but never did…
Apart from that everything was great!
