Nasz pobyt w Banyan Tree był wyjątkowy. Od chwili wejścia do hotelu zostaliśmy przywitani pięciogwiazdkową obsługą. Club Lounge był wielką korzyścią, gdzie cieszyliśmy się posiłkami i napojami. Personel był zawsze uśmiechnięty i gotowy do pomocy w razie potrzeby. Pozwoliliśmy sobie na ich restaurację na dachu i nie zawiedliśmy się. Jedzenie i obsługa były doskonałe, a widok na Bangkok zaniemówił!

excellent service, spacious room, lounge is generous with food and cocktail in evening. tutu can be provided to nearby train station. free access to the top of the bar. massage always fully booked.

The Banyan Tree is an amazing hotel.
The staff is the most professional and friendly and always make sure that the guest are pampered and well taken care off. The rooms are spacious, elegant and fitted with all the things that I need for both work and relax, our Club room was in a very high floor and we had beautiful sunrise views of the park and the river.
The hotel has plenty of restaurants and incredible facilities, including the award-winning spa. The Vertigo roof-top bar and restaurant is a must visit for every traveler.
I can't wait to return to Bangkok and stay at the Banyan Tree where the staff feels like family.

Hotel is not located near the Metro station. It is 10 minutes walk from Metro station. Hotel room is great but the swimming pool is the worst swimming pool. The pool is so small it a not even a decent swimming pool.

The hotel staff was superb starting from the dorm man to the concierge to the front office until the restaurant staff truly appreciated their service. Special mention to Mr. Beer from Vertigo Restaurant he gave us a full and 5-star service he also has a genuine sense of interest in his guest
