Hotel service was excellent. Our flight got moved to a very early one and foh let us checked in at 11am. That’s very nice of them. Room definitely towards earlier 2000s decor but still clean. Air con is strong and thanks god. Definitely worth the money with the great location that near everything.

Nice place to stay. Everything was so amazing since I got down from my grab. The lunch and dinner was so cheap for purchase. I asked for extra towel and the immediate response surprise me! Affordable and nice cafe at the other side of hotel entrance ☕️

The hotel is very spacious and new, there’s a garden in the hotel and the design is nice!
Room is clean and breakfast offers many selection!
Location is good if you would love to buy cosmetics products as there’s a duty free mall connected to the hotel

Perfect hotel for a city trip to Bangkok, easy to travel to different points in the city and the Airport (by car or metro). Staff is very welcoming and always have a smile.
The buffet they offer at night is reasonably priced and really yummy. The room is comfortable and quiet. The only point is that the swimming pool could be a bit hotter (especially for the kids), but it’s a minor point.
In general very satisfied and will definitely stay here again next time we come Bangkok !

We stayed in a 2nd floor room with balcony. It was a good size, clean and comfortable. The shower etc all worked well. There is an ironing board, slippers, umbrella etc for you to use. The hotel lobby has a lot of space to relax in with comfortable chairs, sofas etc. There is a fantastic breakfast which we really liked. The outdoor pool looks great and is refreshing during the heat of the afternoon. The gym is adequate for a workout with some dumbells, a smith and a cable machine. From the King power mall entrance right next to the hotel there is an air conditioned shuttle bus to the airport for 100baht a person. We were the only ones on it at 2pm.
The hotel isn’t far from BTS/MTR stations but it is still a fair walk away. It would be nice if the gym has reusable cups rather than one use paper cone cups.
