Ładny hotel, który był dawnym kompleksem apartamentów, myślę, ale to nie problem. Pokoje, w których duże, ładnie urządzone, łazienka również duża z jednym z najlepszych pryszniców, jakie kiedykolwiek miałem, świetne ciśnienie wody i szybka stała ciepła woda. Czyszczenie w rogach mogłoby być lepsze, ale nie ma problemu.
Śniadanie proste, ale w porządku, ekspres do kawy był dobry.
Jakość ceny bardzo dobra.

Wspaniały hotel. Pokój był ładny, przestronny i czysty. Lokalizacja dla mnie była dobra, tylko 10 min spacerem do głównej ulicy. Personel był bardzo przyjazny i pozwolił mi na późniejsze wymeldowanie. Na pewno zatrzymam się tu następnym razem, gdy będę w Bangkoku.

The hotel location is slightly off the beaten path but still in a good location. Hotel staff is nice and accommodating. Rooms we big and spacious and clean. Hotel restaurant also has good food. My second time staying a this hotel. Would stay here again in the future.

I stayed here 2 nights and loved it! 😍 It's an excellent 4 star hotel with quality rooms, an amazing rooftop pool, and is walking distance to the nightlife on Sukhumvit 11.
Location: about 5-10 min walk to Sukhumvit 11 through a few alleys (check Google Maps). A bit far from Nana or Asok BTS, however, the hotel has a tuk tuk shuttle that runs hourly and can drop you off at Terminal 21 too.
Rooms: very comfortable rooms with enough space for two, a raised desk, complimentary minibar with soda, and the nicest bathrobes I've ever used (you'll want to keep them!). The bathroom was perfect as well with a large shower room and good water pressure.
Amenities: the rooftop pool and bar stands out as the highlight of this hotel. Amazing views and the pool is large enough for a good swim. It was a bit crowded but they do have lots of seating. There's also a gym and restaurant in the hotel, along with free breakfast.
Overall Opinion: an excellent 4 star hotel close to Sukhumvit 11, perfect for a quiet stay or romantic getaway.

Location is the best USP of Maitria Mode Sukhumvit Soi 15. Even though it is in one of the busiest and active night life place of the city, its location in the city means you are assured of a good night's sleep. With frequent buggies or Tuk Tuk facility available connecting to the nearest MRT, Sky Train and Terminal 21 mall, the distance of the location to the centre is made irrelevant. The staff at the reception, especially Alex was very helpful and they guided us well. The only flip side encountered was in the house keeping standards which I believe can be improved on two aspects - cleanliness of linen and replenishment of soap, shampoo, etc.
Breakfast was okay and more options for vegetarians would definitely be great.

So far ok, but need to take the hotel's coach to the city or walk around 15 mins to the main street. Breakfast quite good, the small swimming pool is good for relax as well.

I used to stay at this hotel when it was still under the USukumvit brand. It was much better then.
Under Matria Mode, breakfast choices are much fewer and food is less palatable. I'm also very surprised that the tuktuk service is only on an hourly basis and only 1 way from hotel to Terminal 21. Given the inconvenient location of this hotel, it makes much more sense for the tuktuk to be on demand and serve both directions between hotel and Terminal21.
The room also lacks maintenance. The aircon in my room broke down on first night and at midnight. The staff only offered for me to change the room, without any personal touch or feeling apologetic for the inconveniences caused.

Very nice hotel, staff are so friendly and kind with good English. I had breakfast at the hotel restaurant, tasty food, and the staff even remember my order when I visited the third time. Had happy time here and definitely recommend.
