Pobyt udany, pokoje ładne, duże i przestronne, dobrze wyposażone, kuchnia, pralko-suszarka, w kuchni brakuje jednak chociażby sztućców i talerzy. Mieliśmy zastrzeżenia do dostępu do saloniku które mieliśmy wykupione z naszym pokojem. Alkohole słabej jakości - drinki bardzo rozwodnione. Kolejnego dnia brak alkoholu ze względu na święto... Śniadania ok, wszystko smaczne ale mogłyby być bardziej urozmaicone. W ogólnym rozrachunku hotel ok ale następnym razem wybierzemy inny których w Bangkoku nie brakuje.

Bardzo podobał mi się ten hotel! Jest zupełnie nowy i wszystko jest bardzo czyste. Lokalizacja jest idealna, wcale nie głośna.

Hotel jest trochę daleko i nie ma wielu wygodnych sklepów. Ale pokoje są ogromne i super czyste.

Bardzo nowy hotel. Przestronne pokoje z dużymi oknami. Łóżka są wygodne. Lokalizacja jest idealna. 10 minut spacerem do stacji MRT lub BTS. Mają też bezpłatny autobus co godzinę. Rzeczy są bardzo pomocne. Śniadanie jest dobre: ma sekcję azjatycką, europejską.

Obsługa była bardzo dobra. Personel był bardzo aktywny i pomocny. Jedną rzeczą do poprawy jest śniadanie w formie bufetu jako zbyt mała różnorodność

We got the most expensive room and stayed there for 3 nights. The room is nice and also the balcony. The staffs were very welcoming aside from the front desk receptionists. They looked grumpy and unfriendly. Very slow to accommodate the checking in and checking out guests. The other amenities were good!

I booked this place for my friend and his wife who are traveling to Thailand.
My friends lost their pouches/cardigans here

They do not live in Thailand
Instead, I called the hotel to find the items
The staff who spoke to me on the phone at the hotel was very kind
My friend and his wife found the lost item.
They have a very good service mind.
But while Housekeeping checked out the room, I checked out and waited in the lobby for about 15 minutes. Then I could have found the lost item in the room. If Housekeeping had rechecked the interior of the room, then I would have known it was lost and found. This was a shame
Once again, it helped me find the item
I would like to thank the hotel staff.

We checked in at 10am and left our luggage with the reception as the room will only be ready after 3pm (that’s the usual check in time)
We went back to the hotel at 6pm to finally check in. The hotel staff speaks little English (which is fine) all she told us was our room is 530. So we went straight to the lift and had trouble finding 5th floor, gave up and went back to the reception then they told us that our room is actually at the opposite building. We had to cross the busy road to get to the building.
As we entered the building, the lobby had no staff. It was quiet. We headed up to our room and did an inspection. We found ants crawling on the table, used toothpick on the floor and the ventilation was bad.
We tried calling the reception and asked for a room change but they said they were FULLY BOOKED. We were really upset and went back to the reception to ask for a full refund as we were determined to check into another better hotel. THIS TIME the manager came and offered us a room change in the actual hotel.
Book this hotel at your own risk.
