Waited 45 minutes at the airport for shuttle pickup. Young lady at front desk unhelpful and dismissive. Unable to schedule shuttle back to airport on Sunday despite this being advertised as one of the hotel amenities. Allegedly coordinated with Fairfield in for a pick up for me. This shuttle never showed and ended up using Uber to get back to the airport. Should have selected a different hotel

Half the city was without power when we arrived but they were very nice and kept you informed. We had a glamping night which was fun!

I liked the size of the room and continental breakfast in the morning. The hotel was located across the street from a concert venue I was attending which made it very convenient. The hot tub was not operational and parking was sp**** when I arrived Friday night, but the restaurant downstairs seemed to be very popular and the reason for this. I had no troubles finding a spot to park on Saturday.

Very clean, quite at night. I was a little warm and couldn't get the room temperature to my liking, but I slept well and coffee was really good from the breakfast

The room was the nicest and cleanest I saw on my 2 week vacation around New England . Would highly recommend the Marriot residence chain to anyone looking for a reasonably priced hotel. The staff were very professional and having a restaurant in the hotel was a nice bonus.

Stop over many times back and forth to Canada. Easy off and access. Excellent accessible room and roll in shower for us mobility challenged. Little pricey on weekends though.
