Myself and my boyfriend stayed here in September (sorry for the late review). This is the most gorgeous place to stay. We had the best week. The hosts go above and beyond to make you feel welcome- even lending us snorkels to go to the beach and recommendations for anything you need. The breakfast and dinner is amazing. The restaurant is stunning and we had lovely meals there. The view from our room was second to none looking out at the water and watching the sunset. The local area is quiet and intimate far away from the busy tourist spots of Mallorca. We will definitely be going back to stay. Thank you for a beautiful time !!

Son Borguny hotel is wonderful small hotel and so are the people running it. Contact them directly via phone, their website is not really functional. Banyalbufar is a quiet small town so go if that is what you are looking for. Parking was a hassle for us due to Easter, but outside holidays and peak season its probably fine. Don’t bring a large car if you want to park by hotel. Only annoyance at hotel was a somewhat dysfunctional toilet with water running constantly so it was very noisy (and a waste of water).

- lovely hosts, even taking us to the airport when the transfer cancelled - great communication before our arrival - nice breakfast - location in the centre of the town - the suite was exactly as pictured, huge bath and gorgeous view across 2 floors

Ver cosy family-run business in a charming village. The amazing service provided by the owners and the other staff will make you feel a special guest. It has partial views to the see. Using the Air conditioning becomes necessary in rooms facing the sun. Rooms are all different. Very clean place. Wifi is not superb but good enough. It has some free parking slots but challenging to get there if the car is not small. Breakfast is very good. We had an excellent dinner. Good value for price.

We had a wonderful time. Penny was an excellent host, serving breakfast and giving us restaurant and activity suggestions around the island. The town is small and quiet, but Palma is a 30 min drive if you want activity. We loved the quiet.

Owners are fantastic-warm and helpful. Breakfast was also just as good. Parking is non-existant-but, its not the hotels fault. Would definitely stay here again.

Super nice family-owned little hotel in the mountains. Very nice chatting with the staff and great dinner and breakfast at the restaurant downstairs. Overall a very authentic and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended if you are looking for something else than the all inclusive resorts. The drive to the hotel from Palma is beautiful and if you are into hiking, there are several routes close by. The last stretch of the road up to the hotel is very narrow and steep (they are serious when they say don’t come with a big rental car), but they were extremely nice to offer us to park for the night. We were told if you are staying for longer than one night, they take the time to teach you how to manage the parking.

We had the most wonderful stay. Everything was perfect from the beautiful room (with sea view!) to the yummy breakfast on the terrace. Penny was a fantastic host and helped us with everything. We’d also recommend dinner at the restaurant as the food was delicious! We had a huge tapas platter and a delicious homemade orange creme brûlée. The town was very charming with an easy walk down to a little cove with beautiful sea. Would 100% recommend!
