Under construction or in preparation for the season. It was not quite clear. I felt sleeping in a project as the owner and help were notexactly dressed as one would expect in a hotel. Nevertheless, the kindness and service was great and no complaints

Établissement mal tenu nous étions les seuls occupants de l'établissement En arrivant à l'accueil il y avait une odeur de tabac froid difficile à supporter Pas de service restauration Pas de climatisation dans la chambre il faisait plus de 40 degrés dehors Poignée de baies vitrées cassé

Hôtel bénéficiant d'une situation trés agréable avec une belle vue panoramique, mais laissé à l'abandon. Meubles vieux et tachés, stores intérieurs bloqués et détériorés quant à la salle de bain elle date des années 80, sans douchette, vétuste et sale avec la moisissure qui court le long du bac à douche. Merci monsieur le directeur, pour votre prestation !

Accueil personnalisé et très chaleureux, comme en famille. Idéal pour un groupe même important, la salle est très agréable (climatisation parfaitement réglée). Service très professionnel à un rythme impeccable. Rapport qualité prix excellent

Situation de l’hôtel très bien avec une belle vue sur la vallée par contre les parties communes est très très vétuste on voit qu il n’y a aucun effort de rénovation , les fenêtres en simple vitrage sales, la moquette des couloirs immonde chambre rénovée à la va vite , petit déjeuner très décevant …

Hotel ayant besoin d'une bonne rénovation.Personnel accueillant et disponible un peu trop insistant pour vendre le petit déjeunerPetit bémol :ne prend pas les chèques vacances.Dans l'ensemble satisfaits de notre séjour.

très bon accueil depuis la réservation (échanges de mails et par tel.) et pendant le séjour(2nuits) personnel à l'écoute du client (problème de chauffage dans la chambre résolu très vite) chambres demandant quelques rénovations sur le site internet ou à la réservation informer le client que le restaurant et la piscine ne sont ouverts que début juin
