We had such a beautiful and memorable stay at Ohla Barcelona! After coming from an 18-hour trip, we truly appreciated the early check-in and the lovely upgrade, it was the perfect welcome and exactly what we needed. The location is absolutely ideal, especially as a pre-cruise stay, and being our first time in Barcelona, Ohla set the tone for our entire trip. The staff were all incredibly nice and friendly, making us feel at home right away. The cava and chocolates waiting in our room were such a sweet and thoughtful touch, but what touched us most was the handwritten note congratulating us on our anniversary, it made the moment even more special. Thank you Iraia and Andrea. Breakfast was also fantastic, with a great selection of delicious options. I have to give a special mention to the mini croissants, they were absolutely divine, melting in your mouth with every bite! We would also like to especially mention Fatima from the restaurant, who went above and beyond to make sure our breakfast experience was perfect. She was so warm, genuinely friendly, and attentive. She even prepared us some really good lattes, which made our mornings even better. Her kindness and hospitality truly stood out! We will absolutely book here again in a heartbeat. One of the best location in Barcelona. It is the center of many tourist spots and there are many restaurants, cafes, shops near the hotel. And room was very clean and well-maintained. The pool area was also very relaxing and the staffs were very kind, especially a man at the bar.

Pleasant Surprise in the Heart of Barcelona Rating:4/5 Stars Date of Stay:August 2024 --- Summary: We had a short break in Barcelona this week and were looking for a clean, well-located room, and that’s exactly what we got. The Park Hotel was a pleasant surprise and definitely shouldn’t be judged by its facade—we were truly impressed. Room: Our room on the sixth floor was spacious for a city hotel and had all the amenities you’d expect. The bed was particularly comfortable, and the pillows were firm and supportive—none of those mushy, overly soft ones you often find in hotels. The bathroom was well-equipped, though it might be a bit tight for larger guests. Cleanliness: The room was cleaned regularly, and any requests we had were promptly addressed. The pool area was also well-maintained, and the shower room available on our departure day was spotless, making our stay even more comfortable. Service: The service was reasonable overall. The staff managed multiple tasks at once, and although they sometimes appeared a bit stressed, they were always prompt, polite, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Location: The location is perfect for exploring Barcelona. It’s within easy walking distance of Barceloneta, Port Vell, and the El Born district. Plus, the hotel is directly opposite the train station, which made our day trip to Sitges incredibly convenient. Facilities: The hotel’s rooftop pool is a nice feature, with about 14 chairs available for sunbathing. The area gets busy in the mid-afternoon, especially when the summer sun is at its peak. The pool itself is a perfect size for a quick cool-down after exploring the city. Food and Drink: We had breakfast included with our booking, which offered all the basics you’d expect from a hotel breakfast. It was a good way to start the day and provided enough variety to fuel up before heading out. Value for Money: The Park Hotel offered excellent value for money, given its location, comfort, and amenities. Tips/Recommendations: This hotel is ideal if you enjoy a trendy food and cocktail scene combined with the bustling beach atmosphere. It’s a great base for exploring the best of what Barcelona has to offer. We would definitely return to the Park Hotel on our next visit to Barcelona.

Very good location, lots of restaurants near by and within comfortable walking distance to attractions including Gaudi’s well known church, the Basílica de la Sagrada Família. Room is good size, with separated shower and toilet. Room attendant is very nice. We stayed 4 nights and may reserve it again if we’re going to Barcelona in the future. The only downside is the elevator is a bit smaller.

I have requested a room in higher floor, far from lift. However I was allocated a room on 1st floor next to lift. The noise in the corridors is loud and some you can hear clearly in late night. Also you can see nothing through the window as it is a wall outside the window. The view is quite bad as you can’t see anything. The location is good, close to Espanya underground station. Airport shuttle bus stop is outside hotel as well. A good restaurant is 1-min walk from hotel. The reception lady and gentleman are very good apart from one wearing glasses. Room service is done pretty well and it is clean. Shower water is hot and strong, which is good. Free luggage storage.

The check in experience was so horrible. After I presented my passport to the receptionists (3 guys) in hotel front desk, they kept requesting me to show the boarding pass of my cancelled flight. If i could not show it, they don’t allow me to check in. I argued with them why I have to show my boarding pass and how can I have boarding pass if my flight is cancelled. They insisted I have to show, otherwise I could not check in. Their attitudes were so rude and I spent almost 40 min to show all documents I have on-hand, then they gave me my room key. The room assigned to me is not so comfortable because it is on ground floor without window facing outside streets. I don’t think it is tourist friendly at all.

Bardzo czysto i schludnie. Stacja metra jest niedaleko, więc wszędzie można dojechać. Możesz kupić bilet łączony, który uprawnia do dziesięciu przejazdów. Można go wykorzystać w pociągach, metrze i autobusach. Wystarczy zaznaczyć to przy wejściu na stację lub wsiadaniu do autobusu. zostanie ono nagrane tylko raz. Prosimy o cierpliwość i uważność podczas konsultacji w recepcji.

Good location, space is fine for couples travellers. The reception is behind the hotel room which is little challenging to locate (next to the McD signboard). Reception is very nice, breakfast is a buffet style and have good variety of choices!

The hotel is located a few minutes walk from Casa Batlló, as well as the metro station. The hotel was cute, staffs at the receptional are rather friendly. The room was big enough to open large suitcases. The design might not be my cup of tea, but I like that they hide the TV, especially the red lights. What we didn't like is the mattress, we both have very serious back pain after our first night sleep, we stayed for 3 nights, it was a nightmare. Perhaps people like soft mattress here in Barcelona. The walls are not sound proofed, in the morning the cleaning lady woke us up by talking loudly in the room next door, and at night the lady next door talking on the phone regardlessly. We could hear every single word she said, needless to disclose here.

Około 30 minut drogi od lotniska, koszt taksówki będzie wynosić około 50 euro. Kuchenka mikrofalowa jest dostępna na pierwszym piętrze, a kawiarnia/piekarnia jest czynna od 6:30. Odpowiedni dla każdego, kto opuszcza hotel bardzo wcześnie rano.
