Habitat Apartments Alaia

We stayed here and have to say the location though out of the centre had benefits, less noisy and Access to metros were good. The location for visiting both museums and shops also satisfactory. There were bars and restaurants within walking distance. A welcome pack was a big bonus allowing us to launder if necessary and use the dishwasher - really thoughtful. The space was good for 4 people and a room with a single bed room was beneficial to us. We were on the third floor with one member of the party having mobility issues so you can imagine we really appreciated the small lift. The negatives are few but important, bathrooms were tired for the price I would expect them to be better maintained. The deposit was also a shock as they took 16 days to refund but the property is checked immediately after departing so somewhat greedy on their part.
