Mimo że przyjechałem wcześnie rano, recepcjonistka była bardzo przyjazna.
Pościel i łazienka. Pokój jest czysty, więc jest to hotel, który chcę odwiedzić w przyszłości.~^^

Hotel jest łatwy do znalezienia, zameldowaliśmy się przed czasem bez żadnych problemów, kierownik był bardzo przyjazny. W pokoju było bardzo zimno, bardzo (koniec listopada). Termostat na ścianie nie działał. W toalecie nie było szczotki, ale jak rozumiem jest to jakiś hiszpański trik 😄 W toalecie nie było wentylacji. Zamiast poszwy na kołdrę na kocu są dwa prześcieradła, to też jakiś południowoeuropejski żart. To będzie dobre na jedną lub dwie noce.

위치 괜찮고, 직원들도 진짜 친절한데 냉장고가 없어여... 좋은건 조식 미포함이였는데 포함되었더라구요. 암튼 냉장고 없어서 당황함

Hotel is in a great location giving easy access to the centre of Barcelona and surrounding area. Staff were extremely helpful. The room was clean and had what we needed for a weekend, a kettle would have been a better option than the coffee machine we thought. Would recommend.

I took the single room, which was very small (with a single bed), but adequate. The room itself was very clean, even if a little outdated. The AC in the room was incredible, which is important since Barcelona can get very hot during summer. The rooftop terrace with the Jacuzzi was nice, and the staff were helpful. The hotel is in the northenmost part of El Raval, making it very central and easily walkable from the central and touristy parts of town.

My friend and I stayed at Ciutat villa last week for 4 nights. We could not fault the hotel at all. From the moment we arrived the staff were attentive and extremely helpful, especially Carlos who helped us plan our stay. Our room was basic, however, very clean ( it was cleaned every day for us) the beds were comfortable and we slept well. We had the top floor with great views. Also you can’t forget the rooftop jacuzzi! Perfect after long days sightseeing! We would stay again. Thank you.

Hotel is basic but is really clean good bathroom and comfortable bed and location is great for exploring . Would stay again if returned as had no issues . Great for being in centre of Barcelona and great little coffee shop outside the hotel if need a little tea/coffee
