Gdyby cena i liczba gwiazdek były o połowę mniejsze, byłby to hotel, z którym można się utożsamić. Dla mnie jest tajemnicą, jak ten hotel może mieć 4 gwiazdki. Lokalizacja jest dobra, obsługa jest w porządku, czystość również w porządku, ale obiekty są bardzo przestarzałe. Pokój (pokój gospodarczy) był niewygodny. Ok, rozumiem, że był to pokój „ekonomiczny”, ale był zbyt niewygodny jak na 54 €, które zapłaciłem.

The hotel is well located and staff pretty helpful. However, under the hotel there is a theater/club. And they have shows and concerts until late at night (even after 12am). Despite multiple efforts I could not sleep at all and I don;t suggest this property if you need a good night sleep as the local does not respect customers silence needs. And the price is not cheap!

Nice hotel in a good location.
The room is basic but fine. I like the rooftop but get busy and soon all sun loungers are taken. So sometimes cannot enjoy the rooftop to relax. Pool is small but refreshing when in the city. Staff as very nice and helpful.

Absolutely terrible!! I’ve stayed in nicer shared party hostels than this. Lobby & room smells like rotting animals, WiFi doesn’t work, AC doesn’t work, mini fridge doesn’t work, jacuzzi isn’t heated, the staff is lazy & unhelpful, no bathroom fan, no outlet in the bathroom. No matter what time of day it is, they will tell you to “come back later” for anything you need assistance on. They gave me the wrong room and everyday refused to fix it, even though they said to come back tomorrow.

We booked economy apparently and the room was quite dark as the windows were facing a light well. Other than that, the hotel offered good access to tourist attractions , clean rooms and a nice terrace with a pool that we did not use as the weather was not on our side.

The front desk team were helpful and friendly in general. however, They only have heat on in the building, and the rooms are very small so your bedroom ends up being very VERY hot at night even if they provide you a fan and you sleep with the windows open. At least if you room faces the courtyard like mine did so there is not a lot of air movement and you get the sounds and sometimes cigarette smells from other parts of the hotel.
The hotel itself is pretty clean but had ants in my room and one day cleaning team had probably by accident dumped part of the contents of the bathroom trash can onto the work desk.

Lovely staff and amazing location!
The only thing that let it down was that it was so hot and stuffy in the room. The air con doesn’t really work, so even though it said 19 degrees on the thermostat, it was more like 30 .
