It was a very disappointing experience. The hotel service is not even one star and it feels that’s it is not respecting customers at all. Reply was super slow, manager don’t care about the customer even there is a feedback and complain. Most surprising is that there are bugs in the hotel room. Concierge forgot our room number when we dropped things to deliver to our room.
這間酒店的服務一星也不值，態度非常不遵重客人，房間有小昆蟲。經理完全高傲到不理客人的要求。
This was the worst experience I had in a five star hotel ever. 本人住過不少5星酒店，但這真是非常不能接受

I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The staff were all amazing, and so helpful. Javier was extremely helpful and recommended a Flamenco show at a beautiful theatre. He helped with all the arrangements and my mum and I had a wonderful time. I have stayed in many hotels around the world and this is up there with the best of them. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Barcelona. ❤️

There are no services for a five stars hotel and not worthy for the money paid for to be resident at this hotel. This is true about this hotel.

All was great besides the hotel restaurant. 2 menu options, both terrible!!! We couldn’t eat the Carbonara pasta. The Cesar salad was the worst we ever had!!

A very pleasant place to stay. The hotel and rooms are beautiful, stylish and immaculate. We opted for a superior ME room and it was large and really well appointed. The breakfast was superb. The rooftop pool was nice although it’s a little tight for space when busy and there is no bathroom up there so you need to take the elevator down (slightly annoying). The location is very central in a busy area, although the hotel itself seems very quiet. I would stay here again.

Amazing customer service and a beautiful hotel! The check-in process was really enjoyable and we were greeted with a glass of champagne. The hotel staff go out of their way to provide little touches to make it a memorable experience.
One of the best places I’ve ever stayed! Will definitely be back next time I visit Barcelona ❤️
