Found online and it's ok to stay but need little improvement in cleaning and food bathroom needs huge improvement

The hotel interior is good but the washroom is bad, both maintained properly as we saw the water gets occupied everywhere no sloping.

Service is not at all good ac not working when their is power cut and here in bareilly most of the power cut will happen. When it's come to hygeine hotel staff doesn't care bed sheet pillow and towel all are dirty one they don't have clean one when i ask

It was a good experience staying at hotel v grand. Room’s were kind of small but they were neat and clean and everything was available there ! hotel staff was also of good nature.
