Strategic location. Many cafe and restaurant options. Close to waterfront. Walkable distance to Bari Vecchia old town. Suggestions for the property. Need a small night light along the hallway. Maybe that I have enough power outlet. When you het inside after the main door, it's pitch black. Auto light only comes up while you already enter the hallway. Need a clock in the room. Not everyone is having their cell phone on at all time. I don't wear wrist watch while I'm sleeping either. The temperature number at the AC/ heater is shining bit too bright blue light. When you sleep, it's shining all over the bedroom. On mt 3rd and 4th morning, there was some repair work going on inside the building on other floor. I heard some loud noise. Some late nights there were people talking on the street even you already close the window. Feel secured and safety. Elevator is small but good enough for one person and one large luggage. No ramp when entering the main building. Need to carry my big luggage to the elevator level. I have comfortable stay. Diran is very responsive to questions and request. Thank you !

Diran was so helpful, with great communication and care. As a solo traveller I was safe and able to enjoy my time in Bari accommodation being a great location.

Excelente opción para quedarte, en el centro de Bari, a pie llegas a Vía Venezia y Basílicas. La atención de Dirán (propietario) fue espectacular, con instrucciones precisas a mi llegada y seguimiento en todo momento. Estuvimos en contacto por WA desde México, antes de mi llegada, durante mi estancia y a mi salida. La habitación es amplia, con cocineta, baño completo y un sillón, 2 televisiones y balcón. Tiene aire acondicionado y cuenta con utensilios de cocina por si quieres cocinar. La cama es cómoda y todo muy limpio. Muy recomendable

Perfekte Lage inmitten der Stadt. Direkt neben vielen Shoppingmöglichkeiten, Altstadt und nicht weit bis zum Stadtstrand (ca. 20 Minuten). Das Zimmer ist zweckmässig ausgerichtet, im Badezimmer merkt man die Spuren der Feuchtigkeit, aber es ist in Ordnung. Toll, dass mit Mario zusammengearbeitet wird. Er ist ein superfreundlicher Fahrer und hatte immer Zeit, wenn wir ihm geschrieben hatten.
