Only stayed for one night. Room very clean, tidy and spacious. Very comfortable bed. Continental breakfast was very good.

Holcombe guest house is like home from home.its spotlessly clean..great food and quality .the staff are very friendly and accommodating and we come away with a happy contented peace of mind.highly recommend

Best b and b we have ever stayed at.its like home from home. lovely friendly staff and the cleanliness is second to none.perfect place when visiting family in barnetby.looking forward to returning in new year..

My husband and had a wonderful stay in the family room. The staff were very attentive and cheery and did all they could to make us feel comfortable. The breakfasts were perfect, we had the full vegetarian and everything was thought out and beautifully presented, we couldn’t have wished for more. A great additional facility is the provision of a fridge, microwave & small oven (though you’d need your own oven gloves!) in the communal lounge to heat up meals if we wanted to eat in our room. This was particularly appreciated as there wasn’t much choice in the area for eating out in the evening, although we could have eaten in the dining room for part of the week if we’d let the kitchen staff know beforehand. On first sight of Holcombe, it maybe doesn’t really stand out, it’s unassuming and in a residential area, but then you go through the front door and find a real hidden gem! We wouldn’t hesitate to book up again if visiting that part of Lincolnshire.
