The hotel doesn't look like anything like its photos it's dirty and broken down do not stay here! That's the guy

We were super welcomed by Luis at the reception. He is very kind and helpful. The accomodation is very fair for the price, clean room and comfortable bed. The neighborhood seems safe, we walked to a nearby restaurant in the night and didn't experience anything that made us feel unsafe.

Me siento engañada en este hotel. He vivido una mala experiencia. Puedo destacar su ubicacion, en un barrio excelente de la ciudad y algunos empleados del hotel que fueron amables. Sus instalaciones son comodas aunque falta mantenimiento. Tengan mucho cuidado, al lado de la piscina se ubica una empresa que promociona paquetes turisticos, a traves de engaños y escudandosen en el nombre del hotel, te quieren vender planes de viajes. Lograron su objetivo, mis datos de tarjeta de credito. Mi viaje a Barranquilla fue el mes pasado y ya en el mes de Julio sin mi autorizacion me debitaron USD100. Me he comunicado y he pedido explicaciones, no responden, nadie da razon. Debo cancelar mi tarjeta, quien responde por el dinero? El hotel hace parte del engaño? Lo hacen sin su autorizacion? No se, pero esta muy mal, que un hotel permita este tipo de engaños a los pasajeros dentro de sus propias instalaciones. Tengan cuidado, los pueden estafar como me sucedio a mi. No volvere

Nos robaron $32.000. Es de esos hoteles en donde en recepción piden dinero, dicen que te dan el cambio y después dicen que ya lo entregaron. Aparte de ser muy desaseados son ladrones. Tengan cuidado. Lo barato sale caro.
