Reservé en diciembre en este lugar por el tiempo del carnaval, en febrero. Confirmé todo en Booking y también en la app Ayenda que te obligan a descargar. Entonces tenía dos reservaciones. Tres semanas antes me dijeron que el precio no fue bueno, me propusieron un precio mucho más alto y cancelaron mi reservación. En este tiempo llamé y escribí y no me contestaron muchas veces. La atención al cliente es un desastre y obvio me quedé sin lugar por el carnaval. Claro no recomiendo este lugar que no te asegura tu reservación.
