I had a great 6 night stay here. Everything was great except my double room had 2 single beds pushed together so one of us was always falling into the crack between them. Except for that, all good.

Everything’s great except the air conditioning in our room was inadequate. Only staying one night so we didn’t request any ac service.

We stayed 6 nights at the Roxon. The hotel is located right across the street from an amazing sandy Mediterranean beach. The lobby was well lit, clean and spacious and staffed by friendly greeters at the desk who were knowledgable with the area and gave us good advice throughout our stay. Location is right on the popular Bat Yam tayelet with grocery stores and restaurants nearby. The room was a standard queen with a partial sea view. AC worked great for the high heat in Israel. Complimentary coffee and great rogalach (danished) were fantastic.Bus stop to Jaffa and Tel Aviv is a 2 minute walk. High recommend public transport over renting a car or you'll waste so much time looking for parking in the city. Would stay there again for it's location to the beach.

The hotel is clean, by the beach across the road, but room is very small, looks more like a walk in closet. Also there is a very strong artificial smell in wholeways

Area seemed unsafe with vagrants on the street. Building right next to the hotel in such poor shape, it made the are look bad
