I recently stayed here for business trip and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is clean and conveniently located, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met. The rates were reasonable, and the breakfast was delicious. The service and hospitality were outstanding, and any complaints were addressed immediately. Highly recommended!

Even a hotel a bit old but everything was good, aircon extremely cold, I booked two normal rooms and the receptionist gave me connecting room that was big with good of city view. The staff were friendly. Good 👍🏻

Enjoyed our stay at Planet Holiday Hotel. They kindly let us check in early and room view was not bad too (can see singapore marina bay sands from the balcony). Room is decently sized and toilet is also clean. Only the hairdryer was a bit weak. Breakfast spread was quite limited, but not too bad.

The hotel room is clean and spacious. What I like most about this hotel is the staffs welcoming attitude whenever they see me arrive at this hotel as they always great me at the lobby day and night. The hotel is also strategically located nearby a shopping centre.

Staff is very friendly. They gave us a connecting room even though we only booked a normal room.
Hotel is quite old, and some of the facilities are quite worn out. But overall is still good for this price point.
Location is good too. Walked straight out and you can locate numerous restaurants.

Hotel is old and has a mouldy smell. I think the rooms need a detail steam cleaning to get rid of the smell. It’s only for one night, so we didn’t complain.

Food: buffet excellent
Toilet: Floor was badly wet & minor flood due to floor level is badly constructed, that is, the floor drain outlet hole is higher than other areas, (hole location is at the corner near the toilet bowl) resulting water cant flow towards the drain out hole, but get stuck at the lower areas near the toilet door . We manually dry the floor.
Room 1901, check in 18/5/24, check out 19/5/24.
