The room is nice,clean, and spacious considering it is at the almost center of the city. A very convenient location to walk to all attractions. Steven is very nice and friendly. The light breakfast with cereal, drinks, and cookies was very good. Parking is on street but no difficulty to find a spot. The city charges 17 pounds per 24 hours. We had a very good visit to Bath. I have never been more cared for and accommodated by a host before. This is a first and seriously hard to top. The room I stayed in (room no. 2) was fully furnished for everything one would want! Including a bed spray for a good sleep, thoughtful breakfast nook and a tiny fridge with fresh milk, butter, and other essentials. The care that went into each of the tiny details has been noticed and highly approved. It's not a stay, it's an experience! If you are ever visiting Bath and choose any other place to stay, you will miss out on the thing that could make the stay memorable! The host, Steve, was so kind and generous with his tips for the city and a pleasure to interact with every morning as I head out into the city! He even dropped me at the bath bus station when I was stressing about not being able to book a taxi in time for the bus! I mean, I felt like I was living with family! Thank you Steve! You have been a pleasure to get to know and I'm definitely coming back myself as well as recommend you personally to all my many connections!

Wonderful little room to stay in Bath. It’s small but it’s also England haha. The host and his wife live right next door which is a security/emergency bonus! The beds were comfortable and the bathroom and shower (a large one) looked brand new. The host replenished snacks, cold breakfast, cold drinks and hot bar items everyday (all included). A great vintage place to stay convenient to Bath city center right across the bridge a small grocery store and more local bars and restaurants up the road

We always have a great experience staying here. Lots of great attention to detail makes this such a pleasant B&B. The location is perfect with just a short walk into town.

The location was ideal— perfect for Christmas shopping and the markets. The dining area was generously stocked with hot drink facilities, fresh milk, orange juice, water, yoghurt, cheese, butter, breakfast items, biscuits and chocolates. We were greeted with a glass of sherry and a mini mince pie on arrival, plus festive cake the next day, which was a lovely touch. Our room had everything we needed: WIFI, TV, electric blanket, large shower, soft towels and festive details throughout. The hosts were incredibly kind and thoughtful. Street parking cost extra but was still much cheaper than other options. Highly recommended and we’d happily return!

It was in a great location about 10 mins walk to the centre of town and all the main visitor sites, the host was always on hand. However the room was very small for 2 people. An interesting range of breakfast items, but no hot breakfast available. Nice clean bed and bathroom good range of toiletries available. Overall great value.

Lovely three night stay here. Very cosy clean single room with ample space to hang and store clothes. Continental Breakfast items are provided in the room and replenished daily, good choice of cereals, pastries, teas, coffees and juice with other assorted snacks. Ideal walking distance into Bath. Would stay again.
