Lovely hotel, right on the beach and in walking distance of all the sights of Batumi. Excellent amenities. Very relaxing and couldn’t be more helpful- offered my friend and I each a free upgrade. Would stay again!

the hotel staff is complete mess. they for no reason refused to check us in lying that ******* has canceled our booking. later we found out that it wasn't truth. also they need to learn more manners when talking to a guest. very dissapointed. not recomended

Честно говоря рассчитывали от отеля немного большего. Очень сильно чувствуется запах сигарет в лобби. Отель уже староват. В целом номера всем оснащены, но на 5* не дотягивают явно. Локация отличная, так же как и бассейн снаружи

位置很好，前台熱情有禮貌。設施稍有點老舊。總的來説還是不錯。出門很方便，前面100米就是海灘，周圍很多吃的。

We have only good things to say about Radisson Blu, Batumi! The staff are attentive, welcoming, quick to respond to traveller’s requests and really try to ensure that the customer is satisfied. During our recent stay, the Medea Restaurant was undergoing renovation, so we ate breakfasts in the Umani in the Clouds restaurant, which was a fantastic experience. The breakfasts are of high standard, excellent coffee and service, with an unbeatable view over the city from the 19th floor. The in house ****** is welcoming, nicely laid out and with welcome snacks and drinks for gamblers. Our favorite experience was taking a swim in the heated outdoor swimming pool. Rooms are very spacious. The Radisson Blu is perfectly positioned and is within easy walking distance to the beachfront boulevard, to Europe Square and the city center. There are always taxis parked outside which is very useful, and we found the taxi drivers to be courteous and with fair prices. We would love to return to Radisson Blu, Batumi, in the future! A point for improvement which we brought to the manager: the rooms’ air conditioners (do not cool the rooms enough).

Hotel was in good location but very old rooms definitely needs renovation reception staff was ok except girl named riso. she was flirting with me and she felt insecure as well. her behavior made me uncomfortable. I don't think I ever want to come back

The hotel is distinguished by its excellent location and remarkable service. The rooms are notably spacious, ensuring a comfortable stay. Both on-site restaurants excel in their culinary offerings. Additionally, the staff deserves special mention for their professional service. However, there is room for improvement concerning the strong scent of tobacco in the lobby area and sometimes in rooms . Addressing this would significantly enhance the overall ambiance and guest experience at the hotel

The staff is amazing and very helpful, also professional and motivated, especially Mariam Dumbadze and Tornike Resulidze from the Restaurant Medea and Manana Khinkiladse from service personnel. All of them mafe our stay a pleasant memory.
