O atendimento foi muito bom, com orientações precisas e a localização é realmente ótima. Percebe-se que o hotel é antigo, nessecitando-se de algumas melhorias, mas de resto tudo ok. O café da manhã foi bom também.

Atendimento excelente. Check in e checkout realizados de forma sensacional. Atendimento na recepção excelente. Quarto muito bem limpo e organizado. Café da manhã perfeito.

This hotel is old and not well maintained. It is likely the dirtiest hotel I've stayed at. Everything is old and worn. A disappointment carrying the brand of Blue Tree. Only positive comments are staff was friendly and attentive allowing us to change rooms to one somewhat cleaner, and the breakfast was good.

Equipe muito atenciosa e prestativa, e os quartos são bem amplos. Dá pra trabalhar tranquilamente! O café da manhã não possui um buffet tão grande, mas as opções são muito boas. Tem tábua de passar e ferro em todos os quartos, o que foi bem positivo pra mim. O único ponto que deixou a desejar foi que quando os apartamentos vizinhos abrem o chuveiro, faz um rangido dentro do quarto que incomoda um pouco.

Quarto espaçoso, enxoval perfeitamente limpo e perfumado, limpeza em geral detalhista (inclusive o guarda corpo da sacada, o que me chamou muito a atenção). Recepcionistas gentis e um atendimento impecável. Café da manhã completo e variado, e um ambiente limpo, arejado e confortável.

Hotelll maravilhoso 👏👏 tudo que um hotel precisa roupa de cama e banho cheirosa conforto total nas camas o mais importante limpo e silencioso é um espaço no quarto maravilhoso ameiiii estão de parabéns!!! É muito bem localizado e fácil acesso a restaurantes nota 1000

Quarto confortável e espaçoso, banheiro minúsculo porém com um bom chuveiro. O quarto estava limpo e não tem carpete, o que é um ponto positivo. Porém, o serviço deixa nuuuuito a desejar. Parece coisa de amadores. No café umas 3 funcionárias paradas olhando enquanto precisava repor vários itens. Na recepção a equipe sem nenhuma iniciativa. Deram uma chave que não funcionava duas vezes. Elevador super lento e os banheiros das áreas comuns mal cheirosos e sujos.
