Ein hervorragendes Hotel, riesige Zimmer, exzellent und bequem ausgestattet und alles tip top sauber. Das Hotel liegt verkehrsgünstig aber ruhig, das Zentrum ist fussläufig zu erreichen. Es gibt genügend kostenfreie Parkplätze ohne Höhenbeschränkung. Im Hotel gibt es überall freies WLAN. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und Gästeorientiert. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, abwechslungsreich und lecker. Das Gleiche gilt für das Restaurant mit Tages und Standartkarte. Alles wird frisch zubereitet, ist sehr reichlich, hervorragend abgeschmeckt und lecker! Hervorragend im Gegensatz zur Massenverköstigung im Zentrum. Hier lohnt sich eine längere Anfahrt und ein Stop zum Essen! Es gibt auch Veranstaltungsräume in verschiedenen Größen, die haben wir jedoch nicht genutzt.

Alles gut hier, Empfang sehr freundlich, gutes und sehr sauberes Zimmer und netter Service auf der Terrasse. Es sind zwar ein paar Meter zu laufen, aber dieses Hotel ist gut um Bautzen zu erkunden. Wir sind sehr angenehm überrascht worden, sowohl vom Hotel, als auch von Bautzen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Das Personal im Hotel wirkte sehr überfordert ind unorganisiert. Der Empfang war unkoordiniert und ringsum schien alles wichtiger als mein Check-In. Die Zimmer waren ziemlich warm. Corona-Regelungen wurden im gesamten Hotel nicht eingehalten, Masken, wenn überhaupt welche getragen wurden, hingen unterm Kinn. Im Frühstücksraum/Bar/Empfangshalle oder was auch immer das seinnsollte, weder Abstand noch sonstige Hygienemaßnahmen
