Fue un regalo para mi padre por sus 50 años y la pasó increíble. Dice que las instalaciones son impresionantes y la comida fue inigualable. ¡Y ni hablar del excelente servicio! La habitación estaba impecable y cada empleado era atento a cada una de sus necesidades. Realmente volvemos nuevamente y con mucha alegría. ¡Enhorabuena!

This property has always been extremely well kept.
I was greatly disappointed that the premium alcohol choices went downhill. They used to at least serve Absolute vodka as a choice. No longer available. I will not go back again due to this. The alcohol is bottom of the barrel and I wasn’t happy having to drink Beer for the time I was there.

The rooms are outdated but fits the palace look. Our shower head had terrible oxidation. We asked for it to be cleaned after we arrived around 8pm. The cleaning lady attempted to clean the shower head then left with the filth still on the shower head. I went down stairs to the front desk and showed the reception a picture. From then they sent a guy to replace the shower head that night. The property is a nice size. The grounds and pools are well maintained. The staff are very friendly and tries to understand your request. I would advise to learn some Spanish. Majority of the staff will know some English. This is a Spanish speaking country. Try to learn a bit of basic Spanish. My daughters loved having access to the slides off campus which is about a 6 minute walk. The slide area wasn’t crowded and we went on the slides as many times as we would like. Overall my kids who love the water liked the place. Last the food was a hit and miss

Above and beyond. It was my 5th time in Punta Cana, and first time in RIU. Everything was excellent. The dining have many options of restaurants a-la-carta without reservation. We enjoyed Italian, Stake House, Japanese and el Kristal. The beach is clean and convenient.

Advertised as 6 restaurants. They were nothing more than a “themed” buffet self serve restaurant. Food was very good, just not as elegant as advertised. 2 “restaurants were closed for private parties on 2 nights also. Very nice reception area to wait for your tables or just congregate. Had 2 huge stages, were there 6 days and not one show or even some music playing to absorb the crowd noise. Very uncomfortable vibe.

Overall my stay was great. There was a fun atmosphere with the RIU parties. The food at the restaurants was not great but the buffet food was good. The staff at the pool were excellent. Enmanuel was absolutely amazing and very attentive all week getting drinks. Alfredo and Yajani were also great behind the bars.

The property was very beautiful and the photos do not do it justice. The only things I disliked was the lack of food options after 11pm. It was just chips apple/ bananas & different meats everyday. The gym was terrible, size of one of the double bed rooms probably. Also the guys doing the parasailing and speed boat adventures by the beach gave me a really hard time getting my refund back after they scheduled it on a day they weren’t coming in.

enjoyed our stay at the resort. lots of food options. staff were very friendly and welcoming. vendors on the beach were a bit much but listened when you said no thank you. definitely recommend this resort!
