Emplacement, restaurations (sauf le vin) et personnels très bien. Equipements et décorations chambres vieillissants qui mériteraient un coup de neuf.

Check in process was easy but scammed of having to spend an extra $140 for vip package in which includes extra amenities and gifts in which I never received. The tv did not work and called guest services many times. Tried ordering room service which was included and tried to charge me. The food is okay. Only nice part was the beach. Room had a very mucky feeling. The wifi is horrible. Barely works. Next time I’m going somewhere else for the money I spent.

Upon arrival i found out that Trip.com botch my reservation. i booked a garden suite that offered a king bed or two doubles. My search was 1 room 2 adults i was giving Punta Cana. princess suites. the resort refuse to check me and my sister in because a phone rep told me that my booking was good for two. had to use my spending money to pay extra cause Trip.com did not put my sister on the booking. food was nasty, cold and picked over. fresh food was not put out often enough. Flies were all over the food. wait staff at the steak house was rude and nasty. Refuse to correct my order after they messed it up. Spent an entire night hungry. beautiful spot but will never go to this resort again nor will i book with trip.com

*Card Key issue
My card key did not work 5 times. I was locked out everytime.
On the second day,
1st lock
After morning walk, I couldn’t go in my room so I had to walk up to Front desk. They set up my card again and it was fixed at that time.
They asked me if I got my phone close to card key which may collapse the key data but I had not done.
2nd lock
After breakfast, the card key didn’t work again.
They did the same and it was fixed then.
3rd lock
After lunch time, it happened again.
They brought a security guy and replaced some parts. It was fixed at that time
4th lock
After dinner, it happened again. I asked a staff to change the room and he did immediately so that was good.
On 3rd day,
5th lock
After breakfast, it happened in the new room again. They did the same repair in 1st lock’s case.
I gave up escalating.
*Hot water not available
On 1st 2 days, hot water was not available due to plump repair
*Poor Wifi
I couldn’t get my device connected so Had to use my own cellular data
*Fraud tour Activity
I applied fishing activity on the boat that Manuel introduced. It costed $125.
We were the party of 5 but caught only one fish. 4 of us never even touched a fishing rod. That was not fishing. I was just floating on the boat. It was total waste of money and time. He should have explained like frequency of nightmare

The views and vibe of this resort did not dissappoint. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The food needs some work.
The beach and grounds of this resort were outstanding.

Everything was great, though we did have a leak in our room which was over the hot tub and then over the toilet. Wasn’t terrible but we had to use our bath towels on the ground so we wouldn’t slip.
Food was great and it was very clean.

We had an amazing stay here!!!! It was great to relax in such a beautiful setting. The staff were very friendly and the facilities were very clean. We loved the activities, especially volleyball, the foam party and karaoke. We will be back, next time we will stay longer!

Food was horrible! Got locked out of my room 4 times- entry key failed! Had to call them to fix the safe in my room 3 times! Seldom had beach towels available! No bathrobe in room! Wifi didn’t work! All of which are mentioned as standard on their site. Best part was the room cleaning staff but all else well below par.

Immaculate conditions and extremely clean. I was continually astounded by how well they kept all the facility clean and sanitary. As in a lot of all inclusive facilities, the buffet food was average at best. And, like many places in the Caribbean, beef dishes were subpar. But, you should come here for the seafood anyway. My biggest disappointment was communication. Not because of the language, but because of the staff's ability to communicate effectively what was available, when is available, and how to navigate the restaurant and other outings. Yes, language is an issue but I couldn't get my point across in Spanish or in English. In my opinion, a place that advertises to the US market should do a better job of having staff on hand who can communicate with English speakers effectively.
The beach and the grounds were incredible. And the rooms very comfortable with nice little patios to sit out and enjoy the beautiful weather.
