Algunos camareros en el buffet Poseidón nos trataron de mala gana, todo lo contrario a Domingo que estaba siempre atento y con una buena sonrisa, los chicos del bar de las piscinas del palace y la Secret son del 100, en cuanto a la habitación teníamos cucarachas en la cama, los baños estaban regularmente limpio, por lo demás bien.

The first day we arrived the service was exceptional for welcoming. The first morning at breakfast was excellent.(Monday) Every morning after that the service gradually got worse. 2 days we weren't offered any table service, refills or even water glasses. The door to our suite was very hard to open, housekeeper said she would report to get it fixed, it never got fixed. Our jacuzzi didn't hold water, it kept emptying. You couldn't go right into it because water was too hot coming out and had to let set to cool off and then it drained by itself. No elevator. If I would have known this, I would have booked a first floor room, not a 3rd floor room that I had to walk the stairs. This is just feedback, it wouldn't stop me from booking again. The bartenders were great. A lot of staff do not great you or acknowledge you when you walk by, I had to speak first with a smile at them to get a response.

Food was ok but nothing special. Rooms were a bit dated and the bathroom shower did not stay closed, which in turn had water making puddles on the bathroom floor when showering. In general I don’t think i’d be back.

Very accommodating to dietary restrictions. Clean and nice beach. Loved the nightly shows and activities. Big resort, golf carts avaliable or you can take a nice peaceful walk.

Everyone was so welcoming, always with a smile on there face. We loved a lot of the golf cart drivers sang and carried on such a fun conversation. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. The beach was amazing. The only complaint we had was the food. If it would have been hotter it probably would have been ok but other than that it was amazing.

The food was absolutely horrible! We had numerous problems getting broken items in our room fixed. Management was terrible about resolving any issues. I will never go back.
