Every single thing from the service to the facilities, to the activities, to the food, to the room and just absolute stunning and sophisticated place. We truly have never been so happy with a hotel as we have been with TRS Turquesa. We cannot wait to go back next year!!! Our butler, Ray, was the absolute best!!!! He took care of every single thing for us every single day we were there. We are still speechless and how wonderful this vacation was. Truly amazing!

So TRS has taken several of the perks you usually receive and now you need to pay an extra $100 per night to get them. Absolutely Unacceptable. We did not receive any upgrade for VIP, in fact we requested poolside room, and they put us in a garden view with a view of a tree. The sewage smell was overpowering. They now charge $55 for Caribbean lobster, a huge rip off. They all now charge for their super bowl party $50. This has become a money grab resort. Our butler showed up on day 1, never made any reservations for us, we never heard from hm again, we called him 3 times with requests he never filled any of them. They do not enforce pool rules, people smoking in pool, ficking ashes in pool. the main pool is so quiet no music nothing!!! BORING BORING BORING We will not be back to this property.

Incredible service, great food (dishes at both the buffets and a la carts had many more hits than misses). Only critiques are that they have begun bundling premium amenities as a single, multi-day package instead of allowing us to book individual experiences. Also feel obligated to mention that I did get a very minor chemical irritation from our pillows. Glad they're clean but ouch. Overall, would very strongly recommend.

The staff, especially Norris was fantastic and very accommodating. She went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were met. I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends. I loved all of the activities that were available at the resort, especially the water aerobics, white party and silent disco!!

We came for a 50th birthday girls trip. 11 of us. Chocco was amazing by the pool. So fun and interactive. Norris was our butler. She went above and beyond for our entire group. She was so friendly and wanted our stay to be perfect. We appreciated her so much ! Will stay again and even request her if possible.

Property is clean and has many amenities and restaurants. The service is excellent. The butler service helps make everything better from stocking your fridge to help make reservations. Food choices have something for everyone. Great activities team with always something to do for those that don’t like to sit.

I really enjoyed the resort, food stafff and service was amazing. My favorite part of the trip was the our butler Norris. She was very helpful and attentive to our needs which made the trip very enjoyable.
