Bardzo mi się podobało, był to rodzinny wyjazd i świetnie się bawiliśmy, potem wróciłem z większą liczbą członków rodziny do tego samego hotelu

Różne płatności hotelu wymagają większej przejrzystości, jak np. opłaty za dodatkowe posiłki dla dzieci, które kosztują dużo pieniędzy i choć zgodzili się na zwrot pieniędzy po ostatecznej komunikacji, nieuchronnie wpłynie to na nastrój podróży.

No dia 6/04/23 fiz o checkout no hotel quarto 3003 e tive uma experiência péssima. O segurança do hotel retirou a minha mala do Uber que estava fora do hotel porque não permitem que o mesmo entre no resort Disse que precisava docartão da toalha. A tolha estava dentro do quarto e a pulseira não queriam tirar do meu braço . Foi violento com mais um homem e não deixavam o Uber sair para me levar ao aeroporto. Após muita confusão e agressividade consegui retirar a minha mala para ir ao aeroporto. Tive duas unhas quebradas (fotos anexas) e quase perdi o meu vôo de volta. É lamentável ter que passar por isso, Tive que chamar a polícia. Um absurdo, precisam melhorar muito. Tentei contato com a gerência do hotel, mas sem sucesso.

Definitely get profiled at the door. Restaurant Reservations same day of arrival are a no go. Tao restaurant was great (hibachi). Breakfast was my Main issue but other than those things the resort was great.

This property was one of the worst I stayed at! Do not waste your money. They do not provide hand sanitizer for the guest as they are entering the restaurants. We informed the front desk of guest licking their fingers and dipping into the syrup at the buffet, and openly coughing whole stone the food. They did nothing. When we first arrived, one of our bathrooms was dirty and our bed was dirty. It did not look like the blanket or sheets had been washed. When we called room service, they moved us to another room. The second room was no different. One of the pillowcases smelled of throw up, the sheets were still dirty, and it looked like they tried to cover it up because it was the bottom of the fitted sheet. We saw this because we pulled the sheets back to check the mattress per usual. Both rooms had a very bad odor to them. The floor and sheets were very clammy. The whole room felt moist. It caused our clothes to feel the same. We informed the property of everything and they did nothing. We asked for a refund and they refused. So we asked for an upgrade to the platinum club at no charge and they still refused . The pools were dirty, staff were rude. The first night I arrived I got food poisoning which ruined the remainder of my stay! Their only form of compensation for the inconvenience was to give us room service. When the food arrived it was the wrong order, food was missing, and the vegetables were molded!

This property was not all that is cracked up to be. In pictures it looks beautiful and all but when you go there you see what is wrong with it. first there’s wires everywhere where the lantern are. the coffee and the ice cream place is far away from your room and the pool. Staff is very rude. They don’t even bring you water. You have to ask them maybe 10 times to do so.. And top it all off there’s bedbugs in the room in the beds everywhere. We stayed with our kids and it was so bad that we were scared to sleep into our beds.. the staff after speaking to four different people they changed our room finally and even in the new room they had bedbugs. My feet was very red. My husband too. It was just a horrible experience. We barely enjoyed it.. when we came back home, we all took a bath and we saw a few bedbugs on the bath. Horrible experience never going back..
