I arrived to the hotel at 11 pm, the checkin office was closed and I had to spend one night at another hotel before returning the next day.

Not a Deluxe hotel, definitely a 3 star or less. The hotel claimed, I cancelled my reservation, then gave me a room with less confort.
Will not stay here again.

This hotel is amazing, outstanding service. Within walking distance of several restaurants. Great room and very comfortable. Great service by all stuff.

The location is the best for all the Punta Cana area, it has many restaurants in walking distance, and literally around the corner. The beach is clean and with white sand, lounger and umbrellas available. Good service.
