Comfortable, clean room, nice, friemdly staff, especially the 4th floor cleaning lady. She showed me how to use the key card - a swiper.

Appeared to be fairly newly renovated. Spacious, clean room. Walking distance to bars & restaurants.

The room itself is great. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The bathroom is a bit small, but the real issues are:
* There is no storage space to put anything in the shower with the exception of the soap dish, which is located in a place that could hit and bruise you over and over. There is barely enough room in there to put your toileteries. The wall covers part of the tub where you could put stuff; there is no lip on the wall side. The shower head is not adjustable and the water goes directly onto the soap and disintegrates it as you shower.
* You can't actually put the bath rug on the floor if you want to open and close the door. The door is also almost touching the toilet, so there is very little room to move around inside the bathroom while you try to put your clothes on and trying to use the bath rug to dry your feet.

Stayed at the hotel quite of few times now. Really like the location and breakfast, personnel is very friendly and I alway enjoy my stay.. but this time the room we got wasn’t very clean.. but will stay there again for sure.

Very conveniently located. Just a few blocks from downtown and dining. Nice view of the Saginaw River and the riverwalk. Basic breakfast buffet. The pool looked very inviting too.

Hotel was very nice. Halls could use a refresh but overall nice hotel. Staff were wonderful, very friendly. Great breakfast.
