I made my reservation using ********** and it was pre-paid. However, the hotel also billed me separately for the stay on the same AMEX credit card. When I reported it to the hotel the owner, someone who goes by the name Tiger, said he had a problem with ********** and was trying to work it out. He said ********** is "difficult to work with." So while he sorts out whatever that problem is I guess his solution is that I pay twice for the same stay. Not so good from the customer's standpoint.
I use ********** often and always find it to be quick and efficient. ********** might want to consider removing Happy Bay from their listings if this becomes a recurring problem.
