房間乾淨整潔，早餐很nice，全天供應咖啡，前台服務員很友好，還有健身房和一個小的游泳池，衹是行程太滿太累，都沒來得及體驗

This was a great hotel for our weekend getaway! We got a studio suite and it was so spacious! Absolutely loved it. Very close to all Disney theme parks, SeaWorld & Universal. We will definitely be back!

This wasnt the hotel we booked but ******* sent me and my family there with no other option since the hotel we booked and previously payed was full. The smell in the room was awfull, probably the carpet or the AC, and since you cannot open any window, you are stuck with that smell during the whole stay.

All was perfect…small but so easy to navigate, in the center of everything….just wish breakfast was later. 6-9am was a real rush

I found 2 cockroaches in the room. The front desk was not really helpful. They also charge for parking in their lot. They have no notice that there was a fee for parking. Will not return. There are better hotels in Orlando for the same price.

The fan in my bathroom did not work, the bathroom door doesn't lock and maid service every other day isn't a good idea it should be every day. Those were the only issues I had.
Other than that everything else is fine especially the all day tea and coffee service.

We’ve stayed here several times but this was probably our last. With charging for parking and the very poor housekeeping, there are too many other options at this price point that offer a better stay. Bed was old and neither my husband or myself slept well. Loud neighbors.

We stayed from Dec.21-23-2023. The lobby was decorated beautifully for the holidays. We were greeted by staff, everyone was very friendly. We stayed in the 2 Queen studio with sofa bed. It was very spacious and very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Coffee,tea and hot chocolate was available 24 hours. The hot breakfast was very good. Looking forward to staying again’

The person in charge of checking in wanted to charge me again even though it had already been deducted from my credit card. Arguing that they did not charge the hotel before but at that moment. It was an unpleasant moment. I had to log into my bank card account and also into my hotel account to show that I had already paid and it still said no. Quite unpleasant timing and it was too late at night to contact you. I hope this complaint is handled well.
