ANNONCE MENSONGERE: vous vendez une chambre de 17 à 24 m2 avec un lit queen size pour 231€ les 2 nuits du 13 au 15 aout 2022
Nous nous sommes retrouvés dans une chambre d'à peine 11 m2 (juste la place de faire le tour du lit), un lit de 140, salle d'eau minuscule avec abattant de wc qui ne tient pas et pommeau de douche qui ne tient pas non plus sur la barre de douche (ce que l'on a signalé à la reception)
La chambre n'était pas une classic mais une basic à 110€ la nuit (voir photo)
Apparemment, nous ne sommes pas les premiers à nous plaindre (dixit la reception)
Que comptez vous faire pour nous dédommager ???? Et on espère un peu plus que la différence de prix soit 11€ !!!!!

Vous voulez passer un week-end en centre Bayonne sans utiliser votre voiture ? L’endroit parfait… un parking fermé et sécurisé, à pied vous êtes à deux pas des halles et rues piétonnes.

Nous avons passés un très bon séjour, l’accueil a été très agréable. Seul bémol, devoir réserver le Hammond une heure à l’avance, pour un séjour d’une nuit nous n’avons pas pu en profiter.

Este hotel definitivamente no tiene 4 estrellas, como mucho tiene tres. Habitación extremadamente pequeña pero limpia. Bien ubicado.

Cerca del centro, habitación y piscina un poco pequeña, en españa corresponderia a 3 estrellas. Personal muy amable. Agua de cortesia a diario. Camas comodas

Emplacement calme non loin du centre de Bayonne.
Parking 5€/jour parfait. Belle vue sur la Nive.
Petit-déjeuner excellent et copieux.
Personnel serviable et agréable à toutes heures.
En revanche, chambre classique très petite et sans climatisation.
La propreté laisse fortement à désirer : sol mal nettoyé, tâches sur les draps, seules deux serviettes et un tapis sont dans la salle de bains. Dévidoir du papier toilettes installé trop près des wc, on se cogne les côtes et le dos.
La qualité et l’épaisseur des serviettes de bain, la qualité des draps, de la literie et la propreté ne sont absolument pas dignes d’un 4 étoiles.

Nice hotel in convenient location offering good value. Excellent staff on front desk. Didn't like the beat music from the nightclub just across the river, surely there must be planning regulations against it. Probably not so bad in summer when foliage on the trees.

Friendly staff and hotel is walking distance from old town with cathedral, shops and restaurants. Will be back.
