I was with my daughter and it was a great experience for us the Hotel was amazing in cleaning and Stuff were great and very nice to help
The breakfast was good and everything was fresh and delicious
Our room was in a 5th floor we had a good view of the city and pool
The bath tub was so clean to use.
We will stay here again soon 😇

Very great hotel, great amenities , clean rooms and the staff is just exceptional. Breakfast is typical turkish breakfast with a lot of options to choose from. Spa, swimming pool, sauna and Hamham were well maintained. The gym is extraordinary, I have never seen in my life a hotel with a gym this size it is so well maintained ,has great quality machines and even a boxingring. Overall I enjoyed my stay, everything was just perfect. Would definitely come again.

It’s very poor service and bad location to access metro to city centre . Breakfast very very expensive for couple per day 1000TL . Hotel workers not professional! I made mistake to choosed hotel do not get back any more !!!

We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights as couples. The rooms are clean and big enough. The buffet Breakfast is acceptable. The hotel has outdoor swimming pool. It is near the metro station and it takes only a 10 minutes walking to the metro station. The only unpleasant thing about the hotel location is that there is not too much markets and restaurants or bars around the hotel and the hotel is in an industrial area.

I book 2 rooms for 3 nights and I got room in 8th floor. The room is clean unfortunately the AC was not working. They sent a technician to fix it but they just reset it. After sometimes the AC got error again. It happened again and again. Finally, the following day i request to change the room, but after changed the room it has the same issue with the AC. The AC technician said it is problem for whole rooms in floor 8th. Disappointed for the 5 star hotel happen like this.
The food was good but all 3 days i stayed we got same food everyday.
Location is far from tourism area.
I will not recommend this hotel for tourism with family.
