Extremely hostile cleaning staff who forced her way into my room, insisted on taking my trash, and then lay down in a weird little office directly across from my room for about 4 hours scrolling through her phone. Got the sense that I was being spied on the entire time and, for whatever reason, people working at this hotel are REALLY angry. This is one of those ”monstera plant” businesses, where they put the monstera plant to show you they're in this specific group (cult) and if you still choose to stay there, basically they already ”told you” so now they feel justified in attacking you. Well, LK is going out of business given the way they treat their customers. It feels more like a criminal front than a hotel. Even though the decor is fancy and looks nice, I wouldn't stay here again if you paid me. To anyone in LK management who reads this, please fire your entire cleaning staff. Thai people are so nice and there is no reason to tolerate this kind of treatment at this very obviously criminal owned hotel. By the way, if you read this and feel skeptical or like I'm overreacting, try to find out who owns LK Hotels and who is on the board. The lack of transparency says it all.

Stay: I stayed for one night over the weekend (Deluxe Corner Sea View Room). Cleanliness: The room and the bathroom were very clean. Location: The hotel is very close to Jomtien Beach, and there are many markets, convenience stores, and restaurants nearby. The location is excellent. Room: I booked a Deluxe Corner Sea View Room, and the ocean view from the room was absolutely beautiful. Pros: The hotel parking lot is very large, so there is no need to worry if you visit with a private car. The hotel itself is very big, and the swimming pool facilities are excellent. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of food, and it was delicious and satisfying compared to other hotels. The surrounding infrastructure is very convenient, and the hotel offers clean rooms, a smart TV, a large balcony, beautiful sea views, and friendly staff. Overall, this hotel has many advantages. Cons: One downside is that the room itself is quite small. Inside the room, there is only one table and one chair, so there is not much space if you want to eat food or enjoy drinks with a partner or friend. Overall: Overall, this hotel has many strong points. The size of the hotel, cleanliness, and the surrounding infrastructure are all excellent compared to other hotels in Jomtien. However, the room size could be considered a drawback. If you book a larger room than the Deluxe Corner Sea View Room that I stayed in, you may be more satisfied with the space, but the value for money might decrease. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay. If I visit Jomtien again in the future, I would consider staying at this hotel again.

Jestem stałym gościem tego hotelu i tak mi się spodobał, że wróciłem! Pokoje są wciąż w nowym stanie, przestronne i czyste, wszystkie z balkonami. Personel jest uprzejmy, przyjazny i sprawny. Lokalizacja jest świetna, niedaleko kawiarni, restauracji, barów i nocnych targów, a plaża znajduje się zaledwie 150-200 metrów dalej. Pokoje są ciche i dobrze zaciemnione w nocy. Śniadanie w formie bufetu jest również obfite i zróżnicowane. Nie mam żadnych zastrzeżeń. Zatrzymałbym się tu ponownie.

Professional problem-solving during a busy New Year period I and Husband stayed here from December 31st to January 2nd, 2026, to celebrate the New Year. Although we have stayed here many times before, this check-in was quite hectic and unexpected. We had booked a Club Room King, but upon arrival, we was informed the room category was fully booked. However, the situation was handled exceptionally well. The team found an alternative room for us and offered a room rate discount as a gesture of goodwill and compensation for the error. We would like to extend my sincere thanks to Mr. Amorntep Treepon (Manager - Dusit Club) and the Front Office Team Lead (apologies for not catching the name) for their professional assistance. Thank you for taking such good care of us and for your swift, professional problem-solving. It’s service like this that keeps us coming back.

This is my third time staying in this hotel because of its great location, cleanliness, friendly staff and also great view from balcony. Surprisingly, one of the reception staff remembered and welcomed me returned to stay in this hotel. This made me feel warm. They will try their best to arrange the room according to my special request. Awesome!

To bardzo stary hotel, ale wszystko działa, ale tu jest haczyk. Personel recepcji zachowuje się jak naczelnik więzienia i źle cię traktuje. Spędziłem 21 nocy i czułem się jak w więzieniu. Sprzątanie i chłopcy hotelowi są bardzo mili i uprzejmi, a także jedna mała dziewczynka w recepcji była przyjazna. Ten hotel zatonie z obecnym kierownikiem, który prowadzi to miejsce jak więzienie. Zrobiłem rezerwację miesiąc wcześniej i chciałem zmienić kategorię na wyższą. Popełniłem błąd podczas rezerwacji i byłem bardzo zadowolony z dopłaty różnicy w cenie. Pomimo że hotel był pusty, personel był niegrzeczny, mówiąc, że wszystko jest w porządku i nic nie można zrobić. Wygląda na to, że właściciel jest miliarderem, któremu nie zależy na zarabianiu pieniędzy. Jestem znany z tego, że jestem bardzo cichym gościem! Odwiedziłem recepcję w dniu zameldowania, a następna wizyta miała miejsce 21 dni później, w dniu wymeldowania. Bałem się widoku ludzi w recepcji. Jeśli jednak unikasz recepcji, spodoba ci się to miejsce i zdecydowanie polecam.

Idealny ośrodek w okolicy plaży Jomtien, raj. Cena około 400 juanów jest stosunkowo dobrą wartością. Będzie to Twój pierwszy wybór zakwaterowania następnym razem, gdy przyjedziesz do Pattaya. Jak skomentował to poprzedni gość: „Mam wrażenie, że ten hotel musiał być wspaniały w chwili otwarcia”. Stary fundament jest nadal wyczuwalny. Pokój jest bardzo przestronny, a układ wnętrza jest luksusowy. Niestety jest teraz bardzo stary. Stoły, krzesła, szafki i łóżko są w porządku. Przycisk spłukiwania toalety trzeba bardzo mocno naciskać skrzypiący dźwięk (pokój 202). Dźwignia umywalki jest zablokowana (pokój 223), plamy po herbacie na zewnętrznej stronie czajnika są nie do zniesienia i istnieje wiele szczegółowych problemów. W szczególności chciałbym wspomnieć, że personel recepcji jest obojętny, zdezorganizowany i nieefektywny. Ponadto w recepcji znajduje się tylko jeden komputer, który może obsłużyć tylko jednego gościa na raz. Widziałem trzech lub czterech pracowników w recepcji, co jest stratą siły roboczej i czasu gości. Widziałem, jak wielu gości wspominało o problemach z obsługą w recepcji, ale nie wiem, dlaczego nadal tak jest. Wadą, na którą zawsze narzekali goście, jest także hotelowe Wi-Fi. Personel obsługi pokoju jest przyjazny dla gości. Szczególne pochwały pragnę poświęcić hotelowej restauracji. Uważam, że zachodnie jedzenie jest bardzo dobre, ale ciekawi mnie, co myślą o nim Europejczycy. Obsługa była bardzo miła. Wróciłem do hotelowej restauracji na obie kolacje. Otoczenie restauracji jest bardzo eleganckie i można również zjeść pod gajem kokosowym, ciesząc się morską bryzą i obserwując morze i zachód słońca. Hotelowy basen jest również bardzo czysty. Codziennie rano usuwane są zanieczyszczenia, a woda w basenie jest zawsze poddawana cyrkulacji. Z basenu korzysta wielu gości. Podróżowałem po Tajlandii przez osiem dni i zatrzymałem się w pięciu hotelach, we wszystkich czułem się bardzo dobrze i ten hotel podobał mi się najbardziej, jednak to także ten hotel sprawił, że ostatni raz mojej podróży było trochę ciemno (powodem była obojętność i obojętność w recepcji tego hotelu).

It seemed like there were no rooms available for check-in at that time, and there was no clear explanation given. We were initially given room 2404 and informed that we had been upgraded to a Premier room. However, when we arrived, the room was not decorated for Valentine’s Day as we had requested. We understood that the hotel was likely very busy and that special requests are not guaranteed. Later, a staff member knocked on our door and asked us to move to room 2403, asking whether anyone had called to inform us (we had not received any call). Eventually, we were moved to the correct room, which was nicely decorated with a “Happy Valentine’s” setup. We really appreciated it, but guests should not be assigned to the wrong room in the first place. -The balcony could not be used for long because cigarette smoke kept drifting in with the wind. -There was a lot of noise from teenagers racing motorcycles outside.

The hotel was nice but more for families as on the weekend the beach chairs were always full and many kids around. The hotel has private beach with free kayaking during your stay which was quite nice. Hotel were friendly and kind too. Location is a bit inconvenient but you can book a taxi to go to city center still just not very walkable. Worth the price tho, should stay at least 2days+ to properly enjoy the beach and facilities

Były dobrze widoczne i rozumiem, że sporadyczne włosy się zdarzają, ale były to liczne długie, czarne włosy, które były bardzo widoczne. Reszta pokoju, umywalka, prysznic były czyste. Łóżko było wygodne i miało czystą pościel. Niestety, mój pokój znajdował się na drugim piętrze, od strony bocznej ulicy, gdzie bar grał głośną muzykę do połowy nocy. Okna trochę tłumiły hałas, ale na szczęście byłem w tym hotelu tylko jedną noc, ponieważ nie udało mi się wyspać. Lokalizacja hotelu jest dobra, ale lokalizacja mojego pokoju nie. Gdybym miał zatyczki do uszu, przegapiłbym budzik i lot. Personel recepcji hotelowej był bardzo miły i przyjazny. Jest wygodna restauracja znajdująca się przy wejściu. Będziesz musiał zapłacić 1000 bahtów depozytu za wszelkie ewentualne szkody lub brakujące przedmioty w pokoju.
