Good for the price offering, but passable to a better hotel. No elevator and really strong smoking smell.

Check in was poor as attendant was not convinced room was paid in full (we paid in Canadian dollars, he only had price is US dollars and he had notification it was paid).
Bathroom floor was very sticky and only 1 bath towel provided. Breakfast included was advertised but they had run out of bread. Definitely not worth the price paid.

The Hotel was very clean and the rm didn't have that typical "Hotel/Motel smell". The only issue we had was that the whole 2nd floor smelled like Cigarettes Smoke although all the doors said, "Non-Smoking Rm".
The Front Desk Rep was helpful.
All in all, it was worth the money for what we needed. We were Happy with our stay while Traveling

Affordable stay in Beckley and close to Pizza Hut and Chick Filet. Dated. We could hear someone above us pacing the floors all night so it was difficult to get sleep.

This hotel was ok. We had issues with our TV when we went to front desk they said there was nothing they could do as no maintenance was there to fix it. Very disappointing. We did not eat breakfast there as the bread was stale not a good breakfast

Clean room. Only complaint being that both mattresses were horrible. It’s not that hard to replace as needed. If the sides are broke down or the mattress has obvious dips-worn areas it is time to replace.
