Nice staff but hotel was run down, bed was not fit for purpose lumpy and at the end of its life. I had two hours sleep. Terrible

me and my partner stayed for the weekend, we had to moved rooms at 3am due to the tempature of the room being so cold.. even after that we was told that the air con goes to 27 only well after it hits that the air con starts blowing out cold air spent most the time freezing cold. no one seemed to want to help either. wouldnt stay again.

Room was cold, gaps in windows. Heating didn’t work, there was a small portable heater in room that was not strong enough to heat the room.
Offered to move me late evening after unpacked and set up to work.
